Lori Bossy has been the Head of School of Montessori Visions Academy since its onset in 1999. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education, a Nevada State Teaching license for K-8, and Montessori Primary, Lower & Upper Elementary Certification. Ms. Bossy has taught in elementary education for over 20 years, served as an adjunct staff at UNLV teaching education majors, and periodically teaches about Montessori education at private colleges in Las Vegas. Ms. Bossy has four daughters and is involved in youth sports and community service.

Mrs. Meadows has been an active member of Montessori Visions Academy since 1999 and is Montessori Primary certified. She has been competitive in gymnastics and enjoys sharing her skills in both Montessori and gymnastics. She has enjoyed working with children for many years and is happy to have her sons, Bentley and Marley, attend MVA with her.
Assistant Administrator, Primary Coordinator
Linda Khalil is a Montessori Certified Primary through Upper Elementary (2 1/2 - 12 years) teacher. She has been with MVA since 2000. She is also a Certified Teacher Trainer and has spoken to various groups in the community about Montessori Education. She taught Sunday School (ages 9-12) and art at a private Christian school. Linda has 3 children and 4 grandchildren. She is a Certified Reiki Practitioner and enjoys painting, reading and walking in the desert.
Ms. Knutsen is a certified Montessori Primary, Lower and Upper Elementary teacher. She has also a certified Montessori Middle School and High School teacher. She has taught American Sign Language as an additional language in our Adolecent Community and continues to work on developing curriculum for the upper level classes. She enjoys volunteering in her church and throughout the community. She recently returned from a mission trip to Australia and has previously served in countries including Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Mexico, and Macau.
Adolescent Community Coordinator
Mrs. Locke has six years of experience in private education and holds a degree in Business Administration from Heald College. Her volunteer work includes supporting efforts to increase childhood literacy through Spread the Word Nevada, as well as teaching children fire safety and coping skills with the American Red Cross. In her spare time she enjoys cooking for her family and friends and playing with her two dogs.
