Roxanne Gonzalez.jpeg

Office Manager

Delivering outstanding service has always been an essential part of a day's work for Roxanne Gonzalez and we are happy to have her talents here at MVA. She is responsible for many office procedures and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy environment.

Prior to joining the MVA team she worked in the HR/Hiring department for more than 6 years, and as an Administrative Assistant for more than 5 years. When she was young, she helped her parents with a lot of administrative tasks at the school where they were the Principal and the PE teacher for more than 10 years.  She started working with children when she was 16 as a nanny and she moved from the Bay Area to Las Vegas in January 2022.

Roxanne is so excited to be part of the MVA as an employee and parent as well.  She has been researching the Montessori method so she can continue applying it at home with her kids and she is very happy with the positive outcomes she has seen.

In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, friends and her dog.  You can find her watching old and new movies, cooking, doing craft projects, or planning gatherings and long road trips. Disneyland and the beach are some of her favorite places to go with family and friends. She is described by her family and friends as the life of the party and the person that always is ready to help you if you need it.
