Ms. Bossy has been an active member of Montessori Visions Academy since 1999 and is an Administrator and Early Childhood Coordinator.  She is Montessori certified in the Infant/Toddler, Primary, and Elementary levels. Ms. Bossy holds a BA in Early Childhood  Education with an emphasis in Montessori.  She enjoys connecting with nature by doing yoga and exploring outside. She has a passion for working with children and loves implementing the Montessori Philosophy in all aspects of her life, including raising her 4 children. 

Mrs. Browning grew up in a very small town in southeast Ohio.  She attended the University of Rio Grande and graduated with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education.  Mrs. Browning has a Montessori Elementary I-II credential. She has taught grades 2-8 including special education for 17 years.  Mrs. Browning has two amazing children.  Her daughter, Jhediah, is 24 years old and lives in Ohio.  Her son, Trae, is 23 and moved to Las Vegas last fall.  She has lived in Las Vegas since 2013 and looks forward to many more years here.  Her hobbies include reading, listening to music, and camping.

Mr. Daniel Sigler has over 25 years of experience in technology and engineering.  He brings a  wealth of knowledge to his role as a STEAM, Science and Math facilitator for our students from Preschool through 12th grade. His career spans 16 years in the AEC industry as a mechanical engineer and technology manager for a national MEP engineering firm, and a decade in the tech industry as an integrator and software developer. He also provides consulting services to businesses to help them integrate AI tools into their workflows. His academic background from UNLV includes extensive work on cutting-edge projects such as drones, autonomous vehicles, swarm robots, and NASA lunar mining grants. Additionally, he has a diverse portfolio in manufacturing consulting, having designed heavy-duty semi trailers, modified lithium-ion battery manufacturing machines, and developed consumer product prototypes. Outside of work, Mr. Sigler is a father of two boys, enjoys rock climbing, calisthenics, and yoga, and is an avid cook who loves trying new foods. His multifaceted expertise and personal interests enable him to deliver a comprehensive STEAM, Math and Science education to our students.

Janene Vibar was born and raised in the Philippines. She has teaching experience as both an elementary teacher and a high school teacher in a Montessori school in the Philippines, a Foreign English Teacher in Thailand, and a high school teacher at a private school in Las Vegas. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, majoring in English, along with a Nevada State Teaching License for both Secondary and Elementary. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Special Education as well as her Montessori certification for the adolescent level. She enjoys volunteering with her church. She is passionate about Montessori education and is dedicated to sharing its philosophy with a broader audience.
