Nicole Bossy-Meadows

Mrs. Meadows has been an active member of Montessori Visions Academy since 1999 and is Montessori Primary certified. She has been competitive in gymnastics and enjoys sharing her skills in both Montessori and gymnastics. She has enjoyed working with children for many years and is happy to have her sons, Bentley and Marley, attend MVA with her. 

Veronica Cabestany

Mrs. Veronica Cabestany was born and raised in Mexico City. She earned a Bachelor's degree in communications. Ms. Cabestany has been married for 10 years and is a mother of two and best friend of a basset hound. She studied Chinese for a year in China and radio production in Spain. She began volunteering at her children's school, Montessori Visions Academy, where she fell in love with the Montessori Philosophy. She is now a Primary Certified Teacher in the Spanish Immersion Program as well as the Elementary through High School Spanish teacher. She is excited to be growing alongside her children.

Emily Chang

Mrs. Chang graduated from Rutgers University where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in English. Her two boys began attending MVA after the family moved to Nevada in 2014. She volunteered as the gardening specialist for a year and decided to become a certified Montessori Primary teacher. Emily is excited for another year of learning in the garden.

Laura Dominguez Perez

Ms. Dominguez studied Social Communications in Cuba and worked with elementary students for 8 years before coming to the United States.  She continued to work as a teacher's assistant and attended training to work with children with autism.  She is excited to teach the Montessori philosophy and to instill a love of lifelong learning in her students.  She enjoys developing independence and trust in children.  She is looking forward to getting her certification in Montessori education and completing her Elementary education degree.

Dyan Franco

Ms. Franco hails from Los Angeles. She earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations. Ms. Franco is also ESL and TEFL certified. She has been a teacher for seven years and has taught in Guatemala and China. She enjoys travel and learning about different cultures.  She is excited to be a Montessori trained teacher offering Spanish immersion to her students.

Isabel Garcia

Ms. Garcia was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil . She moved to the United States in 2006 and began working as a nanny until eventually discovering Montessori education. She holds a Master's degree in Physiology and has worked in a Montessori school for eight years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, cooking and doing crafts. 

Ana Gaspar

Ms. Ana Gaspar was born in Mexico City but was raised in California.  She attained her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Orange Coast College and her Montessori Certificate from the University of California, Irvine.  Ms. Gaspar enjoys knitting, crocheting, and being outdoors.  She has more than five years experience working in the Montessori setting and loves working with children.  She is excited to join MVA as a Primary Montessori Teacher in the Spanish Immersion Program!

Sameani Green

Mrs. Green was born and raised in Brazil.  She has a bachelor's degree in business administration. and previously worked in finance and costumer service. For over 6 years, she has worked as a volunteer in a children's organization as a leader and teacher. She loves helping children and decided she would like to work in ​​early childhood education. She moved to the U.S. in 2016 and since then has devoted herself to educational instruction. When she learned about Montessori education, she fell in love with the philosophy and joined Montessori Visions.  In her free time, she spends time with her family, volunteers at her church, and enjoys nature.

Lydia Hall

Mrs. Hall  joined Montessori Visions Academy in 2012 and is a certified Montessori Primary teacher. She comes from Arizona with a B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Music from the University of Arizona. She has worked with children since 1998, specializing in dance and gymnastics. She has worked with families of students with special needs and has spent time in Korea where she became fluent in the language. She is excited to raise her children in the Montessori philosophy.

Lauren Lowe

Ms. Lowe joined us with knowledge and love for Montessori and its methods. She was born in Las Vegas and moved to Utah when she was four. In Utah, she was given the exciting opportunity to work at a Montessori school for two years. Since she was little, she knew that she wanted to be a teacher and work with children. She feels she can positively influence the children and make a brighter difference in the community. She has a double major in Early Childhood Education and Mathematics and is a Montessori Certified Primary teacher.

Esmeralda Marquez

Ms. Marquez was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is currently attending College of Southern Nevada to obtain her BA in Elementary Education. Ever since she could remember, she knew she wanted to be a teacher. Esmeralda is so excited to be a Montessori teacher and to share her love of learning at MVA!   

Nina Mousel

Mrs. Mousl was born and raised in Luxembourg (Europe) where she graduated from Technical Administration and Business School. During her schooling years she studied 13 years of French and German, currently she’s fluent in 5 languages. She loves traveling and experiencing different cultures, she’s visited 11 countries. Learning about early childhood psychology has always been her aspiration and she fell in love with the Montessori Philosophy at first sight. She always felt a deep connection to children, she loves teaching Montessori values and she feels she can make a significant difference in a child’s life. Her favorite hobby is cooking French and Italian cuisine. 

Nicole Potter

Mrs. Nicole Potter is brand new to Las Vegas and is excited to bring her background in Child Development and ESL as she interns in the 2018/19 teacher training program at Montessori Visions. She has spent the last three years living and traveling on a boat with her husband and her mini-labradoodle. In addition to her extensive Pacific Coast travels by boat, she’s been to 16 countries and has volunteered teaching English in Mexico and South Africa. Her ultimate goal is to bring her Montessori teaching credential abroad, where she will work in under resourced communities to bring literacy and hands-on learning to children who wouldn’t otherwise have the chance at a Montessori education. Her hobbies are boating, writing, dog-training, cooking, pottery, photography, and hiking. 

Farren Richardson

Ms. Richardson graduated from UNLV in 2010 with a degree in Kinesiology. She has been working with children for over 10 years and is thankful to be a part of the nurturing Montessori community here at MVA. She loves the dynamic and hands on environment so much that she enrolled her daughters at the school and is impressed with her daughters' growth and success. She was so inspired by the Montessori environment that she decided to become a Montessori certified teacher.  

Ariel Roes

Ms. Roes lived in Arizona for most of her life and attended Northland Pioneer College where she majored in music and theatre. She discovered the Montessori philosophy from her older sisters and decided to move to Las Vegas to join Montessori Visions Academy and become and a Montessori certified teacher. She loves to read suspenseful books and swim. She can be found randomly singing and quoting movies.  

Maryann Russell

Mrs. Russell is a Las Vegas native, living and growing up in Nevada. She has been interested in the Montessori lifestyle and community since she learned about it and is thrilled to educate her son in Montessori. She is excited to learn with the children and express her love and appreciation of the Montessori philosophy. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Art from UNLV and has a business in Photography working specifically with children, families and newborns. As a Montessori certified teacher, she is so excited to be a part of the family here at Montessori Visions.  Along with learning and teaching the children, she is excited for them to teach her as well.

Sofia Serrato

Mrs. Sofia Serrato was born and raised in San Jose, Costa Rica. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis in Bilingual Education and also holds a degree in Learning Disabilities.  Mrs. Serrato has been married for 9 years, her oldest "son" is a 10 year old Springer Spaniel. She is also a mom of two boys who she has been raising under the Montessori Philosophy and therefore, she decided to become a Montessori Certified Teacher. Some of her hobbies are running, yoga, hiking, travel, vegan food and making memories with her family.

Ivryonna White

Ms. White holds a B.S. in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan. She has wanted to be a teacher since she was young, and she is especially passionate about the Montessori philosophy. She believes in the Montessori method as an ideal way for children to learn healthy autonomy. Ms. White has extensive experience teaching children in various settings, including a background teaching violin to underrepresented children in downtown Detroit. She is the oldest in her family of four siblings. In her spare time, she loves playing with her new kitten, Bailey, and learning new languages. Along with English, Ms. White is proficient in Korean and Spanish.
