Our vision of success begins with a faculty and staff that are both dedicated to the students as well as the philosophy of Montessori. Since 1999 when the school was founded by our Director, Lori Jo Bossy, Montessori Visions Academy has continued to grow along with our students and through our unusually high percentage of student and teacher retention. We have created an atmosphere of family within the community. We have made it essential to maintain a small student to teacher ratio which allows our Montessori accredited teachers to develop an in-depth, personal relationship with each student through individualized instruction. At Montessori Visions Academy, we believe that these special touches maximize the realization of each child’s potential. Within this strong community, each teacher promotes the respectful, peaceful behavior that Montessori Visions Academy is founded upon.
